The structure
The house was built to a large size so it was important to design a sturdy and safe structure. In this case, the owner chose to use concrete and brick for the walls. Then for a durable roof using steel with a skillion to lead installation type.
The cost
This is how the house looks after it's finished. An elegant look with neutral colors combined with natural stone on half of the walls and pillars. For 126 sqm with this look, the owner spent around 2,500K PHP including materials and labor.

Interior
The room is made cleaner with an all-over white color so that the impression of more space and light is very beneficial. In order not to look monotonous, the owner can add some decorations on the wall area or in an empty corner.
Modern bathroom
Here's the final look of the bathroom. It looks elegant with modern colors. Additional built in storage on the wall adds to the impression of a functional room. Although the size is not too large, the right design can make it look spacious and comfortable.
