This house was built with a size of 98 sqm at a cost of around 1.3 M PHP including the workers. The structure of the house is made with a common design that makes it easier for workers. The whole house uses concrete so that the house will be more sturdy and durable.
Almost done
The final look is more or less like this. Although it is not yet complete, the house already looks beautiful with a spacious porch and a very shady roof. The owner also added posts and railings for a more secure structure.
