Front view

This house has very neat details. The combination of earthy colors will make the house more timeless. For the roof design, it uses the skillion to lead type which makes the house look attractive and more alive.



Floor plan

This house is built with a size of 7 x 8 meters which has not much room. There is a small but functional front porch. Then for the interior, it has a large room filled with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. On the other side, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.



Interior

It is the interior design that looks stylish. The trim detail with the dark color makes the room more dimensional. The floor uses a marble pattern that makes the house look luxurious and elegant.



Kitchen

Moving to the back, there is a kitchen that is not large but comfortable enough to cook well. The kitchen table is placed in the corner of the room with 2 windows and a back door to keep it airy.



Bathroom

The bathroom is not too small so it can fit a lot of furniture. The walls are made to have a black color to make it cleaner and a variation that is not boring. If you want to provide a partition, use transparent glass so that it doesn't seem cramped.


Estimated cost

This house owned by Mr. Jayson and Mrs. Margie was built with a size of 56 sqm. Mr. Jayson is a Seaman residing in the Tarlac area of the Philippines. To build this house requires at least 650K PHP or about 14K USD including the cost of workers.
