Front view
From the front view, this house has a modern look by applying neutral colors so that it will be more timeless. The front is elevated so that there are additional stairs and railings leading to the porch. This house also has other interesting details as seen in the roof.
Side view
The roof is cleverly designed by combining the skillion type with a roof deck that can be accessed like a balcony. There is a spiral staircase on the side to reach the roof deck. In general, this house was built at a cost of 34K USD with labor.
Living room
Entering the interior, the room looks spacious with white wall colors that make the light more evenly distributed. The front part is used as a guest area with large windows around it that can make the room feel more spacious.
Kitchen
Still in the same room, there is a kitchen at the back end with a table placed in the corner of the room. The ash color will keep it blending with the exterior which is the overall concept. The backsplash area was also given a nice gradation to disguise stains.
Bathroom
The toilet occupies a small but cozy space with not much furniture added so that access remains spacious. The all-over white color makes the room look bright and clean.
