House facade
The beautifully crafted facade design uses just the right width and elevation to make the house look tall and this would be suitable to replace a stilt house that is safe during floods. To get to the porch, a staircase with a railing is added so that it remains a safe access.
Kitchen and dining area
The kitchen and dining area are united in one room with a spacious and cozy look. The kitchen table is placed in a corner area with a large window and has an additional cabinet on the wall if you want to add storage that still saves space. There is also a back door to make this area less stuffy and easier to access outside the house.
Bedroom
The bedroom was made comfortable at a modest size. The window seat can be cleverly designed by using the underneath as a storage locker. In addition, this bedroom can also fit a wardrobe so that the owner is more comfortable and the room feels functional.
Bathroom
The small bathroom is designed with a soothing look with warm colors and has additional patterns on the floor that make the room more varied. Not much furniture is used so it remains comfortable and feels spacious. To organize some soaps, the owner added a display shelf on the wall above the sink.
Floor plan
For the floor plan, the owner was inspired by the design of the house owned by B-Art design. At the front, there is a porch and roof deck that can be accessed from the side stairs. For the interior, there is a living area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. In addition, the owner also designed the house higher to add an attic that will be a functional spot.
