The stunning front elevation

The front elevation is the face of the house. It will make you proud of your home. For a  small house, this front elevation design is worth considering. The simple front elevation looks charming with its white finish and natural stone cladding on the terrace wall. The house is more dynamic with beam-shaped concrete between the single awning windows. A little space for green plants will help to freshen up the house.

This house design uses flat roof and skillion roof construction. The flat roof can later be projected for a roof deck as an outdoor lounge. A skillion roof, also known as a mono-pitched roof, will save on roof construction by providing effective water drainage without adding other materials. Rainwater will properly fall to the ground and not remain in the roof. This roof combo also gives the house a more dynamic and modern appearance.

For roof covering, you can consider standing seam metal roofing, wood shakes and shingles, and asphalt shingles.  The direction of the sloped roof can customize the environment. If the view is southward, the skillion roof can point northward for the sun in winter.

Simple living room ideas

The interior of the house takes on a white for the walls and striped-patterned tiles on the floor. This creates a space that feels spacious and airy. The living room is simply arranged for comfortable movable space. Just place a dark gray sofa facing the TV section.

The living room has enough glass windows to provide daylight and fresh air from outside. You can personalize it by adding memorable photo frames to the wall.

Small, galley kitchen ideas

The kitchen occupies a hallway room. For this reason, the kitchen is designed in a galley layout like this. For easy access, position the stove and cabinet area with the sink facing the center. The stove area has a small window to prevent heat and cooking odors from entering the house. There is still space in the corner to place the laundry area.

There are two bedrooms in this house design. One being the master bedroom at 2.7 m x 3.5 m, one smaller at 2.7 m x 3 m. One bedroom is designed in an off-white scheme. Placing a standard bed and nightstand on either side with an elegant gold-tone nightstand. You can also still place a wardrobe or small closet in this room.
