Modern and eye-catching front elevation

This front elevation has a slick look. The house's foundation and floor are raised a few centimeters above the ground. The front facade has a terrace used as a relaxing area with white tile flooring, and a second terrace just for access to the house with wooden-inspired tile flooring.

Gorgeous exterior finishing

Small houses can adapt the exterior finishing of this house design. It uses white as the base finishing color. Adding brown paint and dark wood color shades on the front elevation will give a cozy and fresh look to the exterior.

The finishing touch is lighting, which is strategically installed on the terrace ceiling and exterior walls to create a cozy atmosphere at night.

The living room here occupies a small corner of the open space. It's small enough to fit  a cozy sofa and a wall-mounted TV set like this. This living room is enhanced by wall decorations and a black background with a herringbone pattern, which creates a nice contrast.

This space is neatly organized into a kitchen, dining area, and staircase. The kitchen uses a single-wall concept, placing the countertop, sink, and stove on one line of the the wall. The kitchen backsplash uses tiles in a granite pattern that look solid and provide a stylish contrast in the kitchen.

Comfy downstairs bedroom design

The bedrooms are on the first and loft floors. This downstairs bedroom is designed in this manner. It has a small footprint, but the presence of windows and white paint shades will bring a sense of space and light into the room. Don't forget to add ornaments to give the bedroom an attractive look.

The loft bedroom

Don't worry about a lack of beds. Raise the room's ceiling to create a loft or mezzanine floor. You can turn it into a bedroom like this. Use iron railings with wooden handles for safety and a sturdy, stylish look to the space. There, you can place your bed and wardrobe.

Rustic working corner

On this loft floor, you can also add a flexible work corner. Place a desk and chair to sit down to work on deadlines here. The look of this nook is also attractive with woodplank walls and exposed redbrick walls that add rustic flair.
