House's facade design

The front view of the house is dominated by wood tones. It has simple but very indigenous shape. The are air vents in the wooden nets that will provide fresh air circulation. The front porch is spacious enough for you to place outdoor seating and a container garden there.

This house will have a loft floor. That's why, the ceiling and roof design are high. This aims to make the interior space not feel cramped and stuffy. Adding small windows in the upper wall will provide adequate lighting for the loft floor.

The roof of this house has dimensions of 6.4 m x 7.4 m. The front elevation shaded by a smaller roof to prevent rain from entering through the front door or windows.

This is the ground floor. This space is used for the main interior. It consists of; 

• living space with lounge, dining and kitchen area with a size of 5.0 m x 3.017 m,
• master bedroom with a size of 3.4 m x 3.15 m,
• toilet and bath with a laundry area with a size of 1.6 m x 3.150 m.

Comfortable living area design

The living room is simple yet functional. The native vibe is not so pronounced here; it has a soothing modern feel. Placing a comfortable sofa facing the TV. Luckily, this small space has more glass windows, which allows for more light and fresh air.  It is simply arranged to make it looks spacious in an open-plan scheme with the dining area and kitchen.
